Maria leads Calibyr’s strategic growth, partnerships, and delivering value to our employees and our customers. She manages our internal Employee Experience and Career Development programs, which deliver concierge-level support and tailored opportunities to our employees.

Maria has been advancing secure software solutions for the Intelligence Community for nearly a decade as a systems engineer and project manager. As a leader, she leverages each team member’s strengths to deliver innovative capabilities and grow high-performing, high-morale teams. Maria has a track record of initiating and executing cross-organizational innovations to advance mission success. Known for her ability to communicate technical concepts to any audience, she has presented at over a dozen industry and Intelligence Community conferences.

Passionate about advancing STEM education and opportunities, Maria has volunteered through several organizations including the Fort Meade Alliance, AFCEA, Girls Who Code, FIRST Robotics, and the CCBC Cybersecurity Institute. Maria was featured as a career profile in the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT) award-winning Way to Be app for high-school students.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in French, Summa Cum Laude, from Mount St. Mary’s University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Seth Marple

Seth leads Calibyr’s technical direction and skills development of Calibyr engineers. He manages Calibyr’s cybersecurity posture and compliance to Government contracting requirements.

As an innovative and adaptable software engineer, Seth has a decade of experience developing high quality web applications and services for government customers. Committed to driving mission outcomes, he advances the rapid and scalable development of key capabilities. His technical expertise includes full-stack development, DevOps, architecting Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), and developing capabilities that enable cross-domain technology transfer. Seth has been recognized by teammates, leadership, and stakeholders for commitment to excellence, efficiency and innovation.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and English from McDaniel College, and earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
